About Holland Coin Fair 2012
The Holland Coin Fair 2012 is allready behind us.
Looking at the number of visitors we can say it was a successfull edition.
The special 2-eurocoin in proofcondition and the special Holland Coin Fair-set museumtreasures were complete sold out at the end of the fair.
We hope to see you in 2013, second weekend in February.
The Holland Coin Fair is initialised by the Foundation for promoting Numismatics (Stichting Bevordering Numismatiek-SBN-). At this years coinfair you will find numerous dealers with their stock.
Participants are members of the Dutch Association of Coindealers (Nederlandse Vereniging van Munthandelaren-NVMH-), several foreign coindealers and a number of coinrelated associations. Furthermore, the Dutch Mint (Koninklijke Nederlandse Munt-KNM-) will also be present.

Mintset Museumtreasures
During this event a new mintset is presented, third in line in the series Museumtreasures. It's dedicated to the museum of the province Drenthe (Drents Museum). It contains all eurocoins from 0,01 cent to the 2 euro and is exclusively available at the Holland Coin Fair en Mint Day (Dag van de Munt).
Visitors can buy this mintset for € 25,00 if they hand in the special coupon attached to the entranceticket.
100 Sets with silver tokens are randomly stowed in between normal sets. Therefore anyone has a chance to snatch up this unique "silverset". It can be worth up to 400 Euros unlike the nickelalloy-set which is worth about 35 Euros.
Issue new 2 euro
The monthly magazine Muntkoerier has a stand in the foyer of the Pacifichall.
In September 2011 they announced the issue of a new communal 2 Euro coin. The design of the Austrian medallist Helmut Andexlinger was chosen.
This commemorative coin on the occasion of 10 years euro is exclusive for sale at the KNM-stand if you hand in the special coupon attached to the entranceticket, as long as the stock lasts. Proofquality (€ 25,--) en in Bu-version (10,--)
Commemorative Token HCF 2012
At the Holland Coin Fair one can make a commemorative token against a small payment . This is possible using the currency press in the picture. You will find the currence press in the Insulinde stand.
